For furparents with dogs and cats, Victory Liner allows small pets weighing between 1 to 2.6 kilograms and medium-sized pets weighing between 2 to 5.7 kilograms. These pets must always wear diapers and be kept in a closed cage or pet bag for the duration of the journey.

There are specific requirements for those who have rooster pets or cockfighting roosters. Owners must obtain a valid local travel permit from the Bureau of Animal Industry, and their pet must be transported in a bayong or cockpit box.

Each passenger can bring one cage or pet bag; the same fare applies to pets and humans.
